A. Rules & Regulations
- Smoking
For clean environment in the bedrooms, smoking is prohibited in ALL Bedrooms.
Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage caused to any part/ whole of the property and or its contents due to smoking.
- Check In, Check Out
Check in time is 12.01 pm or at any other agreed time.
Check out time is at 3.30 pm or at any other agreed time.
- Vandalism
All forms vandalism is prohibited. Guests are responsible and liable for any damage caused to any part/ whole of the property and or its contents due to vandalism. Guests and occupants will be liable for all damages caused by their act of vandalism including those caused by their visitors.
- Drugs
Guests are prohibited from bringing, storing, keeping, dealing and or consuming all forms illegal drugs in the premise and within the premise compound.
- Firearms
Guests are prohibited from bringing, storing keeping and or dealing all forms of firearms in the premise and within the premise compound.
- Alcohols and Liquor
Guests are prohibited from consuming alcohol and or liquor in this premise and / or within its compound.
- No Pets
Sorry, no pets are allowed.
- Property Contents
All property contents both fixed and loose are solely for guests’ usage within the premise of this property only and are not to be removed at any time.
- Illegal Activities
Illegal activities in all forms are prohibited in and within this Premise. Illegal activities are those activities, which is against the Rules and Laws of the Country.
- Cleanliness
Cleanliness in and within this Premise should be observed. Kindly wrapped all your rubbish and food leftovers in the plastic and placed them in the bins provided.
- Disposal of Sanitary Towels, Diapers etc.
Please do not throw and objects including sanitary towels, diapers, etc. into the toilet bowls.
- Security and Safety
Guests, occupants, visitors and those under their care is responsible for their own security and safety.
Kindly ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you are away.
- Cutleries
Kindly wash up all cutleries and placed in their original place before leaving the Guesthouse/Homestay.
- Furniture, Loose Furniture, Appliances
Upon checking out kindly ensure all Furniture, Loose Furniture, Appliances (both electrical and non electrical) are in its original position and placement area.

Precautionary Measures
If you smell smoke in your room or in the guest house, do not open the door and rush out into the hall. Firstly, carefully touch the door to your room and if it does not feel hot, get down on your knees and open it slowly. If the hall is filled, or starting to get filled with smoke, crawl on the floors to exit from the guesthouse as quickly as possible. If your room door is hot to the touch, do not open it. Instead, roll up wet towels and cover up the space at the bottom of the door with them. Open the external windows and take down any curtains, drapes, or blinds covering the windows and door so that you can easily be seen from your room.
C. Save The Enviroment
In appreciation to mother nature kindly ensure that all electrical switches and taps are off when not in use.
D. Respect The Neighbourhood
We do hope our Esteem Guests respect the privacy of our neighbours and not to cause nuisance to them.

The property owner of the Guesthouse/Homestay, its beneficiaries and its management is not responsible for any claims of any kind for any losses and or damages incurred by the Guests, Occupants and or Visitors for whatever reason during their period of stay.
The property owner Guesthouse/Homestay and its management is not responsible for any claims of any kind for any losses, damages and or depreciation to any properties held and or belonging to the Guests, Occupants and or Visitors for whatever reason during their period of stay.
The property owner and its management are not responsible for the safety security of all Guests, Occupants and Visitors and their properties and belongings and those under their care.
